Ihre Aufgaben

We are looking for several PhD students/ research associate (f/m/d) to extend our team doing research on dependability of software-intensive systems. Your main focus is the conception, implementation and publication of scientific results. Your scientific work aligned based on the following main topics:

  • Software and Systems Engineering
  • Architecture-based Quality Analysis for Software-intensive Systems
  • Modell-driven Development for Cyber-physical Systems
  • Software Engineering for Adaptive and Learning-based Systems
  • Software Engineering for IT Security, Privacy, Anonymization

You are aiming for a doctorate as the goal of your scientific work.

as soon as possible

Ihre Qualifikation

You should have the following qualifications:

  • Above-average academic degree (Master) in computer science, mechatronics or related fields
  • Previous knowledge in software and system development
  • Interest in new scientific questions
  • Creativity and openness to interdisciplinary projects as well as willingness to cooperate nationally and internationally with partners from academia and practice
  • Joy in taking on responsibility
  • Oral and written communication skills, good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German or the willingness to acquire them.

Salary

Salary category EG 13, depending on the fulfillment of professional and personal requirements.

Contract duration

two years, with option of duration extension
